Spin Cycle - Film Programme and Launch Party

We will be screening a specially selected programme of artists’ films, and offering some seriously substantial goody bags for all Spin members old and new. You will also be issued with your new, deeply desirable, Spin membership card. We are very proud of the new Spin identity, particularly as it has been designed by one of our original Spin members – Edinburgh designer Lucy Richards, who was just this week nominated for Scottish Designer of the Year 2004. Lucy has designed books for artist Callum Innes, architect Richard Murphy, ‘pocketbooks’ publisher Alec Finlay and Tate Publishing among many others, and is currently working on a book about the New Scottish Parliament Building and a series of public art installations with PACE (Public Art Commissions and Exhibitions).
We are also delighted to be holding this event at the new Hallion Club – a private members’ club that prides itself on providing beautiful surroundings, good company and informal, friendly service – just like us!
